Welcome to Liberty Hill, Texas!

Liberty Hill, Texas is a city between the north and south forks of the San Gabriel River in Williamson County. It is situated 15 mile west of Georgetown and 33 miles northwest of Austin. The town was created in 1840 with a few settlers.

Today, Liberty Hill has several upscale neighborhoods surrounding downtown. The current population of Liberty Hill is 2,433 and growing every day.

Liberty Hill Independent School District is a 4A school district. Liberty Hill High School serves 1,104 students and is rated above average in both math and reading proficiency.
